Hub Profesional is a collaborative space at 27 Mihai Viteazu St., Suceava 720061, Romania, hosting several independent professional offices (legal consulting, accounting & tax, operational consulting & digital transformation, judicial enforcement, ITC & marketing, psychology). This document explains what data we collect through hubprofesional.ro and how we use it.
We collect the personal data you submit through our contact form (name, email address, message and, optionally, the office you'd like to reach), solely to respond to your request.
If you select a specific office, your message is routed directly to that office's email address, with a copy kept at our general address (contact@hubprofesional.ro) for record-keeping. Your data is never sold, rented, or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
Messages submitted through the form are delivered by email, using the Hostinger hosting service. We keep your data only for as long as necessary to resolve your request.
Our Contact and homepage pages display an embedded Google Maps widget, which may set its own cookies when the map loads. This processing is carried out by Google, in accordance with Google's privacy policy.
Each office within Hub Profesional operates independently and may have its own confidentiality obligations specific to its profession (for example, attorney-client privilege, judicial enforcement officer confidentiality, or psychologist-client confidentiality). For questions relating specifically to a service provided by a particular office, please contact that office directly.
